Return & Refund Policy
- Customers can return the order within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in unused condition with all original tags & packaging intact.
- In case of dislike or incorrect size ordered, we are not entitled to bear any cost. After returning the product, if the customer wants re-order we can offer them additional discounts.
- If at all there is a manufacturing or printing defect, complete assistance would be given to the buyer. Customers are requested to share an image or video of the product received for verification purpose. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges.Order CancellationAfter you receive the order confirmation mail at your registered email address, we confirm all specifications over the phone also & then we process the order. As long as your order has not been processed, you can make modifications or cancel the order and we will refund your amount. - In case of a defective/damaged order, customers can ask for a refund for the product within 7 days of its date of delivery. The refund will be processed only after the verification is completed.
- We can refund the money to you through net-banking/UPI/Google Pay. Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days. Refund of shipping & COD charges is not applicable.Product ConditionBefore accepting delivery of any shipment from us, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is damaged, please take a photograph or video of it & send us immediately with the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org & then refuse to take delivery of the package. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
